I am doing a Rom/com genre so I decided to get ideas from the intro of the movie 50 First Dates, This is about a woman that memory that is wiped clean every night, but when Henry Roff ( Adam Sandler) falls in love with the girl he does whatever he can to try and date her. With everyday being a challenge he puts himself in ridiculous situations just so that she can help him and so he can get her attention.
.....
In the first 30 seconds you having moving company entrances which advertises the company that helped produce the film.
Next is a slow panning picture with the smaller companies advertisements coming up before the main scenes start to get into the movie. The tropical paradise gives a feeling for where they are.
This is where the pineapple is another location which then reveals the title to the film.
The scene starts with one girl gossiping about her weekend with this guy she met, but then multiple women start talking about this magical weekend with guy giving the idea that the same guy has been with all these girls. The girls all talk about the same layout of date so he gives them summit and has sex but then when the girls want his number he thinks of excuses why he isn't got one. This leads up until all the girls say his name or at least reference to his name.
It then goes to a scene with him leaving another one of his girlfriends what he met by saying he was a secret agent. In her attempt to keep contact with him he thinks of more outrageous excuses. And as she goes for her final kiss with him he pretends a agent has called him as he runs to the pier and jumps from it onto the jet ski hurting himself in the process. He then pays the guy $20 just for driving away. It then starts to go into another scene before it ends.
.....
It looks like in this intro most of the titles are at the start followed by the performing. You can tell it is a Rom/com because of all the women retelling the story about him. And the comedy element comes into it when he is trying to do everything he can to avoid being tied down with these women.
